01.06.2012 10:00

Greetings music lover,

today is the release of Protassov's new EP called "Back To Work". It's been a while since he rode the "Money Train" and even a bit longer after his debut album "Shalina Music". But now, Protassov is back and you can expect some fresh sounds by the beatsmith from Essen. The new EP features 6 tracks (the special Bandcamp Edition comes with two bonus songs) and shows a very creative way to incorporate the unique style of his music and influences from the future.

“Really good!”Mat The Alien (Canada)

“Reminds me of the good old late 90s without sounding dated. There is honesty in each pattern.”René Josquin (We Are…On Air! / Germany)

“Cool release! Protassov improves on and on his unique style.”Dirk Schäfer (Subculture Mag / Germany)

“Beautiful Downtempo gems!”DJ Firefly (USA)

“Another interesting release!Robert Lochmann (Jazz 91.8 / Germany)

The EP is out now in every digital download store, but we recommend you to check the Special Bandcamp Edition. In case you don't like bonus tracks, please find the links to other stores below.

@ Mark I know what your saying there . In the current economy its difficult to find a job that pays good enough to live on and is consistent. I have found that if you just work hard and are consistent you can succeed. Look at the author of this article, they are clearly a hard worker and have just been consistent over time and are now enjoying at least what would appear as somewhat of a success. I would encourage everyone to just keep hustling and moving forward. %))

How is it that just anybody can write a blog and get as popular as this? Its not like youve said anything incredibly impressive --more like youve painted a pretty picture over an issue that you know nothing about! I dont want to sound mean, here. But do you really think that you can get away with adding some pretty pictures and not really say anything?
